Let me help you help me help you

There are lots of running coaches, professionals, journalists, students, and others who know a lot about running. They can tell you how to start, what to wear, where to run, what to eat, and everything else running related. And they can do it with a lot of credibility and expertise. And they do. They're fantastic and have centuries worth of knowledge between them. But they're not morons.

Only one person can give you a moron's perspective on all issues running related. The Running Moron! If you have a question about anything running related and are tired of get good, qualified, sensible answers, ask me. I'm starting a new feature called Ask a Moron. Hopefully I'll get enough questions to answer within the next week or so.

  2. This might be a moronic question ... so I figured this was the place to post it :). How do you know the difference between being sore and actually being injured? I want to push myself, but I also don't want to wind up being seriously injured!
